Before we begin, is your mobile device enrolled in Duo mobile? Do you have the Duo mobile app on your phone?

Yes

Your mobile device must be enrolled in Duo Mobile in order to successfully access Relativity.

Please contact IT to get you set up with a Duo security enrollment email. If you already have a Duo security enrollment email you can continue here to get this set up.

Once Duo Mobile is installed, or if you already had it installed, click to open the Duo Security enrollment email from your Akin inbox and click the link to begin the enrollment process.

Click on the "Start setup" button.

Select the type of device you are adding and click to Continue.

Step 6 / 11

Select your country and enter your phone number.

Step 7 / 11

Click on the checkbox to verify that your phone number is correct, then click to Continue.

Select your phone's OS type and click to Continue.

Click on the "I have Duo Mobile installed" button.

Step 10 / 11

Open the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device. If prompted, select OK to allow Duo Mobile to send you notifications and use the camera.

Tap the Accept button and then the Add Account button.

You are now enrolled in Duo mobile.

You may return to the main screen or close this if you only needed to enroll in Duo. However if you would like to continue and learn how to access Relativiy please select that from the options below.

Accessing Relativity Guide

Navigate to https://remote.akingump.com

Do you already have Citrix Workspace software installed on your computer?

If you have not yet installed the Citrix Workspace software, under "One-Time Setup", select the Citrix download link that corresponds to the computer you are using (Windows, Mac with 10.13 and newer, Mac with 10.11 or 10.12)

On the Citrix website, click to download the Citrix workspace app. This should be the first link, not the offline installer.

Click "Yes, I accept" to agree to the Citrix terms.

After the download has finished, click on your download from your web browser to open it.

You can also find it in your "Downloads" folder in file explorer.

Click "Run" to begin installing Citrix Workspace. Continue through all further prompts until it is installed.

Select the region you would like to connect to.

On the next screen, enter your user name and password, then click "Log On".

If this is your first time here, you may be prompted to change your password. Change your password and click on "Submit".

The new password must be at least 14 characters in length and adhere to at least 2 of the following requirements:

• Uppercase letter

• Lowercase letter

• Number

• Special character

Note: If you create a new password, click "Submit," and are returned to the login screen with a message saying, "Try again after some time or contact your help desk" please follow these steps:

1) Log in again using the original password provided to you.

2) When prompted, try changing your password again, ensuring it fully meets the password requirements.
